Contact messages
The contact form requests a name, email address, subject, message and confirmation that you have read this notice. We use those details to review and respond to the enquiry, including reported corrections. Avoid including passwords, payment details or information unnecessary for the request. Messages are stored privately in the WordPress editorial inbox and are not public comments.
Retention and access
Editorial messages are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on the site’s execution environment, so deletion may occur when the relevant scheduled event runs. Authorized administrators can review the inbox. You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion relating to a previous enquiry; provide enough context to locate it without supplying unnecessary sensitive data.
Technical operation
The web server processes connection information such as IP address, requested path, time and user agent to serve pages and diagnose failures. The contact form uses a nonce, a hidden anti-spam field and a short-lived rate-limit identifier. The identifier uses a keyed hash of connection and email information rather than publishing those details. These controls help operate the form and limit repeated submissions.
Browser storage and cookies
The theme can remember saved-article choices in browser storage. Administrator sessions and form-related website functions may use essential WordPress mechanisms. We have not added a third-party advertising pixel or visitor analytics service to the launch implementation. The cookie policy explains these functions. If optional tracking is introduced, the notice and any required choices must be updated before it is enabled.

A product button opens an external provider website. That provider controls its own data practices, account registration and cookies. Review its notices before supplying information. Following a source link does not send the contents of your private editorial message to the provider.
